Sea Clam Fritters made w Stone Ground Flour, Kelp and Spices 

Sea Scallop Fritter with Cauliflower and Leek – homemade tartar

Grilled Seafood Appetizers:

Mini Swordfish Kebobs w Rosemary, Lemon, and Olive Oil Rub

Marinated Grilled Shrimp and White Radish Skewer

Sushi Grade Tuna, Ceviche and Oysters (Raw):

Tuna Spoons with Pickled Ginger Ponzu- wasabi sauce, minced greens – served on Chinese Spoons

Tuna Tartar Tower – avocado with fresh lime and cilantro, sushi grade tuna, ponzu, wasabi nori, fried shallot garnish (plated first course appetizer)

Sea Scallop, Ceviche w Pickled Radish and Carrot

Wellfleet Oysters on The Half Shell – classic mignonette sauce, shaved cucumber ice, cocktail sauce

Lobster Salad on Crisp Endive – local Chatham lobster – lemon, shallot, mayo (also no mayo option)

Lobster Salad on Brioche Crouton with Herbed Cream Cheese and Baby Sprouts

Lobster Cake – served with grilled cherry tomato and garlic sauce, shaved endive and greens with avocado vinaigrette (first course plated salad app)

Mini Lobster Roll with Butter Lettuce

Spicy Lobster and Corn Fritter with Portuguese Red Peppers – homemade tartar side sauce

Steamed King Crab Claws – served with mustard dipping sauce
