Served on scallop half shells w finely chopped red radish and fennel in rice wine vinegar and sea salt
Sorbet Course:
Lemon Sorbet
Entrée:
White Fish w Carnival Squash and Chive Broth w Chanterelles
After Dinner Salad:
Artisan Greens, Fall Heirloom Tomato, Shaved Organic Carrot, Cucumber, Sunflower Sprouts, Mini Herb Croutons. Dressing: Local Gustare Blueberry Balsamic, EVO, sea salt.
Dessert:
Apple Pie w Organic Gala Apples, Turbinado Sugar, Allspice and Mollasses
