Homemade Boursin Cheese (feta, cream cheese, fresh sage, thyme, parsley, garlic)

Artichoke Heart, White Bean and Basil Puree Dip

House Made Garlic Sourdough Crostini, Sesame Crackers

Mixed Olives Marinated w Olive Oil and Spices

First Course Plated Salad:

Artisan Greens, Homemade Croutons, Organic Grape Tomato, Organic Sunflower Sprouts, Toasted Sunflower Seeds, Carrot Shavings, Cucumber

Dressing: Local Gustare Balsamic Blueberry Vinegar, Olive Oil, Sea Salt

Child’s Plate: Coconut Chicken Fingers – Bell and Evans Chicken Breast, Rolled with Unsweetened Organic Coconut, Pan Sauteed in Organic Coconut Oil, Served w Garlic Broccoli & Red Bell Pepper

First Entrée:

Baked Cod Loin w Homemade Breadcrumb and Caramelized Onion Crust

Served w Seared Sea Scallops w Sweet Corn Sauce

Fine Horseradish Potato Mash w Sweet Butter, Fresh Shelled Peas, Leek Coins, White Asparagus Spear

Second Entrée:

Pan Seared 8oz Filet Mignon w Fresh Ground Pepper, Red Wine Reduction

Peach and Tapioca Pie in Classic Pate Brisee (butter crust)

Sprinkled w Turbinado Sugar and Cinnamon
