FAQs: where do you buy your food? We buy most of our seafood at Chatham Fish and Seafood on lower Cape Cod in Chatham, Nauset Fish in Orleans, and at The Clam Man in Falmouth.
We pick out your ingredients in person at local seafood markets, butcher shops, grocery stores with high quality produce, and farmer’s markets;

Owner, chef Dana Dunbar, has served clients on Cape Cod for 20 plus years, and has owned Beach Plum Chef since 2010.
She has cooked in three top ten fine dining restaurants in Santa Fe New Mexico, has done excursion cooking in Utah, helped to run a high volume wedding catering kitchen on Cape Cod for 2 years, and has also been a private live in chef.
